If Jesus were standing with us today, not in the pages of the Gospel, but here, in the midst of our pain, loss, and struggle, His words would probably be simple. He would look into your eyes and say, “I am with you. I see every tear. I understand every fear. I feel everything you are going through. And I have not abandoned you in this.”
He would remind us that the resurrection is not an event of the past. It is a story about life that is stronger than death. About hope that does not disappear even at the sound of sirens. About how light conquers darkness. And perhaps the Lord would add: “Do not be afraid, I have already walked this path, and I will lead you through it.”
May this Easter bring not just faith, but powerful confidence into our hearts – life will prevail.
