Three years have passed since the beginning of Russia’s war against Ukraine. It was a difficult path of loss, destruction and suffering. For three years, the war has been dividing families, destroying cities and villages, covering the Ukrainian land with craters from missiles and fresh cemeteries under blue and yellow flags. Three years without sleep, food, simple household items, light and warmth is what every Ukrainian has faced.
But despite the deadly trials, the Ukrainian people showed the whole world an example of incredible courage and resilience. By uniting against evil, Ukrainians proved that their spirit cannot be broken. Every day, Ukrainian soldiers give their lives in the struggle for the highest values – freedom, the right to choose, identity. And in these battles, they put their hope not only on their own strength. In the darkest times, Ukrainians turn their hearts to God.
Therefore, spiritual support became an important goal of the NGO “We Can!” and its media project of the TBN UA online channel in Ukraine. Created for Ukrainians, the TBN UA channel carries the message of Jesus Christ, a message of love and hope. Each program contains biblical truths that provide inspiration and encouragement for viewers in the face of daily challenges. Each video is a kind of beacon of faith that helps to hold on in the most terrible times. Through our broadcasting, tens of thousands of Ukrainians receive the necessary moral and spiritual support every day to adequately overcome difficulties and resist the enemy. The TBN UA channel has become a kind of spiritual point of invincibility, which has already been joined by more than a hundred thousand viewers!
In addition to powerful spiritual support, the NGO “We Can!” carries out works of mercy. This is warmth, food and clothing, medicines and treatment given to people. This is a summer vacation and holidays for children whose childhood was crippled by the war. These are trips to dangerous areas to make life easier for the people who live there.
Today, the NGO “We Can!” and the TBN UA channel are part of the struggle of the whole of Ukraine against evil. Daily spiritual support gives people strength and hope in this struggle. That’s why our mission is so important. Therefore, we must continue to remind people that in the darkest of times, God is near, His faithfulness is unchangeable, His power is almighty, His love is all-encompassing. And this is what we strive to convey to every Ukrainian that even in the darkness of war, we must always remember God’s love and support.
